Manon DUCLOS

After more than 25 years of experience as an engineer in the manufacturing field, service companies and public organizations, Manon today puts her passion for creativity and innovation at the service of the development of Quebec organizations, within the Mouvement québécois de la qualité, of which she is vice-president. Author, trainer and speaker, she speaks of excellence and continuous improvement in Canada, Europe and Asia (Former speaker at EOQ in 2017, 2018 and 2019).
