Florence GOURGEON

Florence Gourgeon, who started her career as a humanities teacher, transitioned to the public sector after graduating from the French National School of Administration.

She joined Thales in 2010 and has since held various roles within the Secure Communications and Information Systems business. In September 2023, Florence was appointed Vice President in charge of Quality and Customer Satisfaction at the Group level.

She currently serves as a director of Défense Conseil International and sits on the board of directors of France Qualité.
